Prof. Dr. Mahipal S Sachdev, a Padma Shri awardee, is the Chairman & Medical Director at Centre for Sight. With an MBBS from All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, he completed his MD in Ophthalmology at AIIMS, specializing in refractive surgery and phacoemulsification through a Georgetown University fellowship. Dr. Sachdev, honored with the Padma Shri by the Government of India, has held key roles including President and Secretary of the Delhi Ophthalmological Society (DOS) and ex-President and ex-chairman Scientific Committee of the All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS). Currently, he chairs the Scientific Committee for Intraocular Implant and Refractive Society, India.

Dr. Ritika Sachdev has completed her MBBS from Lady Hardinge Medical College and MS in surgery from Maulana Azad Medical College and Senior Residency from R P Centre, AIIMS, Delhi. She is presently working as Director at Centre for Sight. She has been awarded the Dr. Krishna Sohan Trophy 2013, Intra Ocular and Refractive Society India Gold Medal 2013.

Mr. Raghav Ramdev is the Managing Director of ChrysCapital, one of India’s leading private equity firms. With over 20 years of experience in the investment sector, Mr. Ramdev has extensive expertise in managing and advising on private equity investments across a wide range of industries in India. Prior to joining ChrysCapital, Mr. Ramdev was part of the global research division at McKinsey & Company for two years. Throughout his career, Mr. Ramdev has led notable investments in sectors such as manufacturing and healthcare. Mr. Raghav Ramdev holds an MBA from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Baroda University.

Gopalan, who holds Masters in Public Administration & Management from Harvard University, MA in Economics from Boston University and Bachelor degree in Chemistry from Madras University, has a rich experience in economic and financial administration of the country with long stints in Ministry of Commerce and Finance Ministry, and in Manufacturing and Services Sectors. As an Officer of Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Mr. Gopalan held various responsible positions including inter alia, Member of Public Enterprises Selection Board, Secretary Department of Economic affairs, Secretary, Department of Financial Services, CMD Taminadu Newsprints and Papers Ltd, MD Tidel Parks Ltd, MD Tamilnadu Agro Industries Corporation Ltd, Director Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals etc. During his career spanning 36 years, Mr. Gopalan gained rich experience in establishing and managing venture capital funds; heading industrial undertakings, managing infrastructure financing, Managing Financial Institutions, Creating Institutions & Corporates, negotiating for India in multilateral trade negotiations and formulating policies for the country in finance, trade and economy.

Dr. Nakul Anand has had a distinguished career spanning over four decades. As the former Executive Director of ITC Limited, he has been widely recognized for his visionary leadership, unwavering commitment, and thought leadership in the tourism and hospitality industry. A passionate advocate for sustainable business practices, Dr. Anand has been instrumental in promoting ITC's ethos of sustainability. He has been a driving force in shaping the hospitality industry's approach to environmental responsibility. Currently, Dr. Anand serves as an Independent Director of Paras Healthcare Limited. He is also the Patron-in-Chief of FAITH (Federation of Associations in Indian Tourism and Hospitality), a position he has held since its inception in 2013. In addition to his leadership roles, Dr. Anand is also the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Tricone Luxury Hotels. He also chairs the Advisory Committee of the Sabhyata Foundation and serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the International Young Chef Olympiad (YCO). Dr. Ajay Bakshi

Dr. Ajay Bakshi is a former neurosurgeon, neuroscientist, McKinsey consultant and ex-CEO of Max Healthcare, Manipal Hospitals and India Operations of IHH/Parkway Hospitals. He is the co-founder of NeuranceAI – which is building technology products by converging neuroscience with artificial intelligence. He is also a volunteer at iSPIRT – a Bangalore based technology think tank. In Corporate Advisory roles he advises EQT & Novo Holdings and also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Livasa Hospitals & NephroPlus. Dr. Bakshi trained as a neurosurgeon at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) from where he completed his MBBS and M.Ch. (Neurosurgery) in 1997. He then worked as a clinical neurosurgeon at a not-for-profit institution in New Delhi for four years. Thereafter he moved to the Department of Neurobiology at Drexel University to set up his stem cell transplantation lab. From both these stints, Dr Bakshi published 8 peer reviewed scientific papers including those in Journal of Neurosurgery, Journal of Neurotrauma, Brain Research and Cell Transplant. At this time, Dr. Bakshi also completed his Wharton Management Program from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Bakshi entered management professionally in 2005 when he joined McKinsey & Company at their New Jersey office. For the next 6 plus years, Dr. Bakshi worked at McKinsey and served clients in USA, Europe, Africa, Middle East, India and Asia on topics related to Strategy, M&A, Technology and Innovation. In 2011, Dr Bakshi was invited to lead Max Healthcare based out of New Delhi as their Managing Director & CEO following which he was asked to lead Manipal Hospitals based out Bangalore starting 2014. His last corporate stint was as the CEO of India Operations for Singapore based IHH/Parkway Hospitals. During this period Dr. Bakshi has served on the Boards of nearly 14 companies including those associated with the Max group, Manipal Group, IHH Group and Apollo Group. Dr Bakshi has deep experience in governance of large companies and is well versed with issues related to risk, audit, culture, ethics and long-term stewardship of healthcare organizations. Apart from his professional journey, Dr Bakshi is passionate about classical music, reading philosophy and science and travelling. His wife is a successful neurosurgeon with a large clinical practice in Delhi and his daughter is a lawyer.
