A personalised AI-powered eye surgery for sharper and clearer vision.
Imagine a world where your vision is crafted just for you, where every detail is clear, sharp, and uniquely tailored to your eyes.
At Centre For Sight, we bring you Custom Eyes, powered by Foresight. This AI-enabled technology creates a 3D map of the cornea and helps eye surgeons predict the visual outcomes of the surgery beforehand, making it a groundbreaking innovation in the field of refractive surgery. Using advanced LASIK technology, the laser reshapes the cornea with high precision, aiming to improve not just vision clarity but overall visual quality.
Experience customised vision correction designed exclusively for you, because no two eyes are the same. Custom Eyes LASIK is designed to optimise how you see in real-life conditions. It helps improve contrast sensitivity for sharper vision, night vision quality with reduced glare and halos, and Visual comfort during daily activities.
By addressing both basic power and fine optical irregularities, this custom eyes LASIK approach delivers vision that feels more natural, stable, and refined.
Clear vision is not just about your spectacle number; it’s about how accurately light is processed by your entire optical system.
Glasses and contact lenses effectively correct basic refractive errors like myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism by adjusting how light enters the eye.
They do not correct subtle optical imperfections within the eye, which can affect sharpness, especially in low light or high-contrast situations.
Even with the same power, two individuals may experience different clarity due to variations in corneal shape and internal optics.
These subtle imperfections may lead to glare, halos, reduced contrast, or difficulty during night driving and prolonged screen use.
Modern systems used in personalised laser eye surgery can detect these micro-irregularities, enabling a more precise and customised LASIK treatment approach.
SCHWIND Foresight® is an advanced planning and visualisation technology used in custom eyes LASIK to simulate the expected corneal shape after treatment. It helps surgeons evaluate and refine the treatment plan even before the procedure begins.
SCHWIND Foresight® creates a virtual replica of the patient’s cornea using detailed tomographic and treatment planning data.
This allows surgeons to:
The software enables surgeons to perform a virtual “dry run” of the refractive surgery before actual laser correction.
This helps in:
SCHWIND Foresight® mathematically calculates the estimated post-treatment corneal shape by subtracting the SCHWIND AMARIS® treatment profile from the virtual corneal model.
This enables:
The graphical interface resembles commonly used diagnostic systems, allowing surgeons to quickly analyse both the virtual cornea and estimated post-operative shape with minimal additional effort.
This supports:
A highly advanced form of personalized laser eye surgery designed to correct a wide range of refractive errors while improving clarity, contrast, and overall visual quality through a customized LASIK treatment approach.
Wide Range of Vision
Correction
Corrects myopia up to –10 to –12 D and hyperopia up to +6 D with high precision, making it suitable even for moderate to higher refractive errors.
Precise Astigmatism
Treatment
Effectively treats astigmatism up to 6D by reshaping the cornea more accurately through a customised LASIK treatment approach.
Enhanced Visual Quality
Addresses higher-order aberrations that can cause glare, halos, and night vision issues, delivering sharper clarity and improved overall visual performance.
Unlike conventional approaches, custom eyes LASIK uses advanced LASIK technology to create a personalised laser eye surgery plan based on your unique eye measurements, enhancing not just vision clarity, but overall visual quality.
Custom Eyes LASIK begins with a detailed work-up to determine eligibility and build a precise treatment plan. This step ensures the procedure is both safe and truly personalized.
These measurements form the base for a customized LASIK treatment using advanced LASIK technology.
Wavefront-guided technology analyses how light travels through your entire optical system, identifying even the smallest imperfections that standard tests cannot detect. These include higher-order aberrations, which can affect clarity, contrast, and night vision.
This enables:
👁️ Superior visual quality
Sharper, more refined vision compared to standard LASIK, with improved clarity in real-world conditions.
🌗 Improved contrast sensitivity
Better differentiation between light and dark, especially helpful in low-light and night-time environments.
🚗 Reduced glare & halos
Minimizes visual disturbances, making night driving and screen use more comfortable.
🧬 Highly personalized treatment
Each eye is treated using a customized LASIK treatment plan based on its unique optical profile.
⚡ Fast visual recovery
Most patients achieve functional vision within 24 hours, with continued improvement over the next few days.
🛡️ Long-term stability
Results are designed to remain stable over time, provided eye health and prescription remain consistent.
🔬 Correction beyond basic power
Addresses higher-order aberrations through personalized laser eye surgery, improving overall visual quality—not just clarity.
🎯 Consistent & predictable outcomes
Powered by advanced LASIK technology, delivering reliable and precise visual results across a wide range of prescriptions.
Determining whether a patient is suitable for Wavelight Plus InnovEyes Surgery is a critical step that directly impacts the success of the procedure.
While the surgery is highly advanced, careful screening ensures it is right for you. In general, ideal candidates share the following characteristics:
Pregnant or breastfeeding women are usually advised to postpone the procedure due to hormonal changes that can temporarily alter vision. Individuals with the following should not undergo InnovEyes:
