5. Cancellation
- Appointment cancellation requests should be raised before the scheduled consultation time.
- Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed as per the Refund Policy.
6. Liability
The hospital shall not be responsible for:
- Payment failures due to banking/network issues
- Unauthorized transactions caused by user negligence
- Delays caused by third-party payment systems
