Conducted several studies on corneal epithelial permeability in keratoconus, epithelial permeability studies in patients on anti-glaucoma medications, corneal endothelial permeability studies for normative data calculation and in Fuchs endothelial dystrophy, aqueous flare measurement using a custom built ocular spot fluorometer.
