Dr. Dinesh Talwar, who is an alumni of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, completed his post-graduation from the same Institution in 1988 and then joined the Retina Unit of Dr. R.P. Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences, New Delhi, initially as a Senior Resident and then worked as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology (1992 to 1998) , Associate Professor of Ophthalmology ( 1998 to 2002 ) and from 2002 onwards as Additional Professor of Ophthalmology, in the Vitreo Retina Unit. In 2003, He resigned as Additional Professor of Ophthalmology (Retina Unit) to join Centre for Sight, New Delhi as Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist and Vitreo retinal Surgeon.
He has extensive independent experience of over three decades, in medical and surgical management of vitreoretinal disorders including age related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy and complicated retinal detachments with severe proliferative vitreoretinopathy, vitreous hemorrhage due to Diabetes mellitus or Eales’ disease with associated traction or combined traction-rhegmatogenous detachments and traumatic retinal detachment.
Dr. Dinesh Talwar has a special interest in surgical management of postoperative and post traumatic endophthalmitis and was awarded the Dr. P. Siva Reddy Oration by the All India Ophthalmological Society for his work on this subject.
He has always had an academic bent of mind and in the course of his career, he has edited two books, written seventeen chapters in books, published more than 50 articles in International peer reviewed and National Journals and made more than 150 presentations in various National and International conferences.
Dr. Talwar has also received the Prof. Dr. Mohammad Daud Khan Oration from the SAARC Academy of Ophthalmology and was the recipient of the Sadguru Medal for Outstanding service towards Ophthalmic Education and Teaching in India by the Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust in 2018, the A. C. Agarwal Trophy for Best Paper by Delhi Ophthalmological Society in 2000, 1997 (as Co-author) and in 1994 (as Presenter) and Dr. R.N. Roy Memorial best paper award by Indian Public Health Association.
Dr. Talwar has served Delhi Ophthalmological Society, a body of over 4000 members as the Founding Editor of its Journal, Joint Secretary, Treasurer and as Secretary of the Society from 1999-2001, and is also a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Vitreoretinal Society of India and All India Ophthalmological Society.

Dr. Harsh Kumar has done his MBBS (GOLD MEDALLIST) from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and MD (GOLD MEDALLIST) from Dr. R P Centre, AIIMS with Bodh Raj Sabharwal Medal (topped 2 sequential batches of MD ophthalmology at DR R P Centre). He also won the best Senior resident award at Dr. R P Centre AIIMS. He was formerly the President of Glaucoma Society of India (2010-12) & Additional Professor Glaucoma unit at Dr. R P Centre, AIIMS.
Dr. Kumar has over 66 publications in indexed journals, three books and innumerable chapters in various books to his credit mostly related to his extensive work in the field of Glaucoma. He has guided over 25 students in their thesis work related to Glaucoma. Dr. Kumar has nine laser procedures for glaucoma and anterior segment described for the FIRST TIME IN WORLD literature, one being cited in the Shields text book of Glaucoma.
Dr. Kumar has conducted numerous courses successfully at AIOS and DOS as chief instructor and is a prolific teacher taking lectures throughout the country and abroad. He performs the most complicated glaucoma procedures using the latest technology available in India including valves, shunts drainage devices and routine surgeries.

Previous to that she was Chief Medical Officer and Head of a Vasan Eye Care Bangalore, where she was in charge of cataract and refractive surgeries.
Previous to that she was a Senior Cataract and Head of Department of Refractive surgery in Susrut Eye Hospital and Research Centre. This is where she started training surgeons and fellows in cataract and refractive surgery in 2008. She has completed her basic medical education and Masters in Ophthalmology from M P Shah Medical College and Guru Govind Singh Group of Hospitals Jamnagar, Gujarat in 2005.
