Dr Charu Khurana has completed her MBBS and internship from Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC) followed by MS in Ophthalmology from Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) . She then did her Senior Residency from Guru Nanak Eye Center, MAMC. She has aslo cleared the Diplomate of National Board (DNB). Thereafter, she joined Centre for Sight as a Consultant in 2008 and has been with the organization ever since.
Additionally, Dr Charu recieved training from the Edward Harkness Eye Institute, University of Columbia, New York in 2010. She has also recieved the Fellow of All India Collegium of Ophthalmology degree in Glaucoma.
Dr Charu is the recipient of the Special Gold Medal for her outstanding contribution to Ophthalmology by the Intra-ocular Implant and Refractive Surgery Society of India. A member of the All India Ophtahlmological Society and Delhi Ophthalmological Society, she is a popular speaker at both national and international conferences and has traveled extensively in India and abroad to deliver lectures on various topics. She has also authored numerous articles and chapters in various books and related to Ophthalmology. She is the Section Editor of the Delhi Journal of Ophthalmology for Refractive Surgery and an Instruction Course evaluator for All India Ophtahlmological Society for Glaucoma.

Dr. Chirag Mittal has completed his medical graduation from Smt. NHL Medical College, Ahmedabad. After completing his post-graduation from Delhi, he pursued a 2-year Fellowship in Cornea & Anterior segment from prestigious LVPrasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad.
Dr. Mittal specializes in treatment of corneal ailments with expertise in management of keratoconus with C3R, INTACS, various Refractive surgeries including Femto LASIK, SMILE, ICL and advanced cataract surgery.
Dr. Mittal is extensively trained in lamellar corneal transplant procedures like DALK and DSAEK. Dr. Harsh Goel comes with a rich experience of over 28 years in the field of ophthalmology. Dr. Goel has performed more than 50,000 cataract surgeries including nearly 15,000 Phacoemulsification procedures, more than 5,000 glaucoma surgeries, has worked as the Chief facilitator and resource person for series of workshops conducted by Sight Savers International (SSI) on “Best Practices in Cataract Management” at Jodhpur (2006) and Delhi (2007), has conducted External Clinical Audits of various projects on behalf of Sight Savers International, e.g. at URMUL Jyoti Netra Sansthan, Nokha, Bikaner; Ayodhya Eye Hospital, Ayodhya; Gomabai Netralaya, Neemuch & NSPB Ginni Modi Eye Hospital, Modinagar. Dr. Harsh Goel has been awarded the University (Silver) Medal for Topping the Post-Graduate Diploma in Ophthalmology (D.O.) exam in July 1985 at Aligarh Muslim University. Dr. Harsh Kumar has done his MBBS (GOLD MEDALLIST) from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and MD (GOLD MEDALLIST) from Dr. R P Centre, AIIMS with Bodh Raj Sabharwal Medal (topped 2 sequential batches of MD ophthalmology at DR R P Centre). He also won the best Senior resident award at Dr. R P Centre AIIMS. He was formerly the President of Glaucoma Society of India (2010-12) & Additional Professor Glaucoma unit at Dr. R P Centre, AIIMS.
Dr. Kumar has over 66 publications in indexed journals, three books and innumerable chapters in various books to his credit mostly related to his extensive work in the field of Glaucoma. He has guided over 25 students in their thesis work related to Glaucoma. Dr. Kumar has nine laser procedures for glaucoma and anterior segment described for the FIRST TIME IN WORLD literature, one being cited in the Shields text book of Glaucoma.
Dr. Kumar has conducted numerous courses successfully at AIOS and DOS as chief instructor and is a prolific teacher taking lectures throughout the country and abroad. He performs the most complicated glaucoma procedures using the latest technology available in India including valves, shunts drainage devices and routine surgeries.
Dr. Kumar has numerous awards and honors to his credit over the years. He was conferred the International Medical Scholars Programme Award (ECFMG fellowship) with a Fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA (This award is given only to 20 people all over world every alternate year). Dr. Hemlata Gupta is a graduate from GMCH, Chandigarh. She did her MS in ophthalmology from GMCH Chandigarh followed by senior residency at the same institute in comprehensive ophthalmology. She has also completed her DNB Ophthalmology in 2007.
Dr. Gupta has a special interest in refractive surgery and has done FAICO refractive surgery followed by advanced Lasik training from Baroda. She has a vast and comprehensive experience of managing all difficult and complicated cataract surgeries. She has presented papers and given instruction courses in various national and international conferences and co-authored many peer reviewed articles in various national and international journals. She had been co-editor of North Zone J of Ophthalmology, Delhi Journal of Ophthalmology and presently is Chief Editor of CFS Newsletter 'Spectrum'. She is a co-author of book chapter in refractive surgery book. Dr. Kapil Bhatia completed his basic medical education at Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), New Delhi. He did his post-graduate training in Ophthalmology from Guru Nanak Eye Centre (Maulana Azad Medical College), New Delhi. He further trained in Vitreo-retina, Uvea and Trauma at L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad (July 2008- June 2010). Thereafter he worked as Vitreo-retina consultant at L V Prasad Eye institute, Bhubaneswar, C L GUPTA Eye Institute Moradabad, and L V Prasad Eye Institute Visakhapatnam, India (Sept 2010-April 2012). Dr. Bhatia’s current interests comprise of Age related macular degeneration (ARMD), Diabetic retinopathy (DR), Vascular occlusions, Retinal detachment, Congenital and hereditary retinal disorders, posterior uveitis, and trauma. He has published in several peer-reviewed journals and wrote book chapters. He has presented several papers and posters in various national and international Ophthalmology conferences.
He has been involved in several national and international community services comprise of “Motiyabind Mukti Abhiyan” (Cataract Free Delhi) in the years 2005-2008, organized by the government of Delhi for screening for cataract cases and organizing free surgery camps in different institutes as a part of a program to decrease cataract blindness in Delhi. He participated in the LIFE-LINE EXPRESS of the Impact India Foundation- a hospital on a train at Ashok nagar in Madhya Pradesh where took care of screening, pre operative assessment as well as performed cataract during March-April 2006. He was a part of team doing ROP screening and lasers at various NICUs and paediatric hospitals in Hyderabad (2008-2010).
He also did 2 months of rural work at a secondary eye care hospital of LV Prasad eye institute at Adilabad and Kandakur (AP). He participated in several teaching programs including wet-lab and teaching of junior registrars, nurses, and optometrist students while at University of Sydney, Australia.
